Welcome to my culinary cake journey!

My name is Tom Brinkel, a German-trained chef with a deep appreciation for Zealand's vibrant cake & food culture.

With more than 25 years of experience in high-end restaurants and hotels, including being Head Pastry Chef of Parliament, at the Intercontinental Hotel and Te Papa, I believe in the power of attention to detail. My passion lies in crafting cakes that not only taste incredible but also look stunning, as I strive for perfection in every cake our team creates on a daily basis.
